Our Story Began Right Here on Dum Dum Road

Gokul Aya Centre wasn't planned in an office across town and rolled out to Dum Dum later. It started here. Biswajit Nandy founded the business from a small space at this exact address after watching his own family struggle, late one night, to find a trained attendant for his ailing grandfather. Nobody came, and that helplessness never left him. His mother trained the first caregivers herself, the way a grandmother trains a daughter, right here on this street.

That's not a marketing story, it's the reason this specific address matters. When we say we serve Dum Dum, we mean it more literally than any other area on our list: this is where our team lives, where our office sits, and where the whole business began.
