We place caregivers across a roughly 7 km radius of North Kolkata, so it helps if you live in or can reliably travel to areas like Dum Dum, Salt Lake, Lake Town, Baranagar, Ultadanga, Nagerbazar, New Town, or Baguiati. Punctuality matters more in this work than in most jobs, a family waiting for a 6 AM shift to start isn't being unreasonable, they're often managing something genuinely difficult, and showing up on time and staying through the agreed hours is part of what makes you someone families specifically ask for again.
